we can only help them discover it within themselves. »

What
is coaching
Coaching is a partnership that prioritizes the intended actions clients take to achieve their visions, goals and desires. A coach poses questions that lead them
to self-discovery, which increases their levels of awareness and of responsibility
for those actions. Clients further benefit from a support structure and ally who
is a valuable source of encouragement and feedback. The coaching process helps them both define and achieve their professional and personal goals. And they
will do so more quickly and easily than without a coach’s intervention.
Executive coaching (senior executives)
Executive coaching is for senior leaders of organizations, executives who usually hold important positions of authority. They must deal with complex situations
that may have a significant impact on their businesses, whether private or public,
or their industries.
Management coaching
Management coaching is generally intended for mid-level managers,
especially for those who are high performers.
Integration coaching
Taking on a new job always presents a major challenge, whether the move is internal or external. Experts believe that the first 90 days in a new role are particularly crucial and can determine the individual’s success or failure in that position.
Team coaching
Here the approach is radically different from one-on-one coaching. Team
coaching is also about performance, but the focus is less on the individual
and more on the team as a whole and its operations.
Group coaching
Group coaching lies halfway between individual and team coaching. Individual coaching techniques are employed to address the objectives common to people from different teams. The aim is to develop shared solutions and translate them into individual action plans.
Consultation
Consulting is the process implemented to help clients solve their most pressing business problems. These advisors are, in a way, catalysts.
